The three dining rooms feature a menu of Regional American style representing American Culinary excellence with the finest cuts of beef, lamb, and the freshest seafood and produce. The tavern features an unrivaled list of wines, single malts, cognacs and bourbons, in addition to a comforting tavern menu. Desserts are prepared on premise by Proprietor and Pastry Chef Suzanne Hauspurg and locally roasted coffees round out the dining experience. With a state of the art, 4200 square foot tent, with floor, set up under the towering spruce, firs and hemlocks behind our c. 1920 swimming pool, the backdrop of the mansion combined with natures beauty and The Inn's fanciful catering provides the perfect setting for your special event. This provides the perfect setting for parties from 10-200 people.
