Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Holiday Weekends and Peak season we ask a two night minimum stay.
Our policy is to ask for a 25% deposit at the time of reservation, that is fully refundable, less a 10% processing fee, until thirty days prior to your arrival. At this thirty day point, we ask for the balance of the charges, and at this time, the room becomes non-cancellable.
All rates are subject to 8% Sales Tax Charge, a 2% County Occupancy Tax Charge, and a 5% Energy Surcharge.
